smashed beauty

The concept behind this recent collaboration with photographer Jason Loucas evolved literally from a disaster. A collection of my ceramics were damaged on their way to a firing. Jason and I decided they would still be beautiful in their broken state amid a moody mirrored set. Set against some of my most loved graphic pieces in bold sharp black, there really can be beauty in anything.
